Данная проблема актуальна из-за потока разноречивой информации в средствах массовой информации, в том числе Интернете, содержащей рекомендации, которые не имеют доказательной базы и могут подвергать пациентов риску. Обобщены данные современных исследований, посвященных особенностям питания с учетом факторов патогенеза глаукомного поражения, рекомендуемой физической активности, режиму сна и отдыха, возможным эффектам одновременного системного и местного применения β-адренoблокаторов, а также другим факторам образа жизни, существенным для пациента с глаукомой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents a literature analysis on the life style and diet habits of patients with glaucoma. The issue is relevant due to the flow of versatile information in the media, including the Internet, which offers recommendations that lack evidence and may put patients at risk.
