Материал и методы. Пациенты (62 чел.) с неактивной стадией ЭОП, осложненной ОН, разделены на две группы: в 1-й группе, включавшей 21 (33,9%) пациента, проводили только симптоматическую и местную терапию, во 2-й, включавшей 41 (66,1%) пациента, наряду с симптоматической и местной терапией периорбитально вводили глюкокортикоидные (ГК) препараты. Клинико-инструментальное обследование больных проведено до и после лечения, а также в отдаленном периоде (более 12 мес). Результаты. Клинический эффект лечения получен в 44 (71%) случаях, из них 33 (75,0%) пациента были из 2-й группы, что подтверждено улучшением функциональных показателей компьютерной периметрии (MS, MD). Положительная динамика в 1-й группе была достигнута в 52,4%, во 2-й группе — в 80,5% случаев. В отдаленном периоде стабильный положительный результат отмечен в 92,1% случаев. Заключение. Обоснована необходимость комплексной терапии, включающей локальное введение ГК, пациентов с неактивной стадией ЭОП при появлении признаков ОН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: to evaluate the expediency and efficacy of conservative therapy of patients with inactive stages of Graves’ orbitopathy complicated by optical neuropathy. Materials and methods. 62 patients with an inactive stage of Graves’ orbitopathy complicated by optical neuropathy were divided into two groups: group 1 (21 patients, 33.9%) received only symptomatic and local therapy, while group 2 (41 patients, 66.1%) additionally received periorbital injections of glucocorticoid drugs. The patients were examined clinically and instrumentally before and after treatment as well as after a long period of more than 12 months. Results. A positive clinical effect of treatment confirmed by positive dynamics of functional indices of computer perimetry (MS, MD) was achieved in 44 cases (71%), of which 33 patients (75.0% ) belonged to group 2. Positive changes in group 1 were achieved in 52.4% of cases and in group 2 in 80.5% of patients. Long-term results showed stable positive changes in 92.1% of cases. Conclusion.
