Наблюдается поражение как переднего отрезка глазного яблока: конъюнктивиты, кератоконъюнктивиты, так и заднего — тромбозы сосудов сетчатки, неврит, нейроретинит. В детском возрасте инфекция диагностируется гораздо реже, чем у взрослых, а офтальмологические проявления практически не изучены.</p><p>Цель работы — описать случаи врожденных поражений глаз у детей, рожденных от матерей, перенесших COVID-19 во время беременности.</p><sec><title>Материал</title><p>Материал. Представлено 4 клинических случая глазных нарушений у новорожденных, родившихся от матерей, перенесших во время беременности COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выделено 4 варианта врожденных глазных проявлений, описана клиническая картина и тактика ведения таких пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Необходим тщательный сбор анамнеза и осведомленность врачей об офтальмологических симптомах проявления COVID-19 у детей для своевременной диагностики и выбора лечебной тактики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Preliminary data show that the incidence of eye damage in COVID-19 reaches 32%, with a diverse range of clinical manifestations. Both the anterior segment of the eye (conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis) and the posterior segment (retinal vascular thrombosis, neuritis, neuroretinitis) can be affected. The infection in children is diagnosed much less frequently than in adults, so ophthalmic manifestations have hardly ever been studied.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to present cases of congenital eye lesions in children born to mothers who had COVID-19 during pregnancy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material</title><p>Material. We present 4 clinical cases of ocular manifestations in newborns born to such mothers.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. 4 variants of congenital ocular manifestations are reported. Clinical manifestations are listed, and treatment tactics for such patients is proposed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
