Исследовали периферическую кровь 90 пациентов в возрасте 56–89 лет (средний возраст — 71 год) с I, II, III стадиями ПОУГ. С помощью набора «К-СОРБ» (фирмы «Синтол») выделяли ДНК, затем проводили полимеразную цепную реакцию в режиме реального времени на амплификаторе DT-96 с использованием набора для определения полиморфного маркера Т786С в гене eNOS.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Для всех групп пациентов рассчитана частота встречаемости аллелей и генотипов и определена связь между возникновением ПОУГ и наличием неблагоприятного полиморфного маркера. Основные изменения выявлены при II и III стадиях ПОУГ, при I стадии заболевания не наблюдается какого-либо влияния полиморфизма T786C гена eNOS.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Впервые дана сравнительная оценка распределения аллелей и генотипов по полиморфному маркеру T786C в гене eNOS у пациентов c различными стадиями ПОУГ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to study the association of the polymorphic marker T786C of the eNOS gene with various stages of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Peripheral blood of 90 patients aged 56 to 89 yrs (ave. 71 yrs) with POAG stages I, II, III was tested. DNA was isolated using a set of ribosorbents (Synthol company); subsequently, a real-time PCR reaction was performed on a DT-96 amplifier using the set to determine the polymorphic marker T786C in the eNOS gene.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. For all groups of patients, the frequency of occurrence of alleles and genotypes was calculated, and the relationship between the emergence of POAG and the presence of an unfavorable polymorphic marker was determined. The main changes were revealed at POAG stages II and III, whilst at stage I no effect of polymorphism T786C of the eNOS gene was observed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
