ФКЛТ способствует лучшему контролю ВГД по сравнению с ее отдельными компонентами, демонстрируя при этом благоприятный профиль безопасности и переносимости. ФКЛТ в режиме однократной вечерней инстилляции обеспечивает лучшее качество 24-часового контроля ВГД. Применение ФКЛТ сопровождается меньшим количеством побочных эффектов, более удобным дозированием и меньшим воздействием консервантов. Эти преимущества положительно влияют на качество жизни, приверженность терапии и, возможно, на будущий результат хирургического лечения глаукомы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Latanoprost/timolol fixed combination (FCLT) provides clinically significant IOP reduction with a favorable tolerability profile in patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension inadequately controlled on monotherapy. FCLT provides better IOP control compared to its components, while demonstrating a favorable safety and tolerability profile. FCLT as a single dose evening instillation provides better 24-hour IOP control. FCLT is associated with fewer side effects, more convenient dosing, and lower exposure to preservatives.
