Анализ литературы показал, что систематизированный подход к подготовке успешного оперативного лечения глаукомы должен включать рациональный выбор предшествующей гипотензивной терапии с бесконсервантными препаратами, профилактику повреждений глазной поверхности с применением слезозаместительной и иммуносупрессивной терапии, а также предоперационную противовоспалительную профилактику стероидными и нестероидными средствами с доказанной офтальмогипертензионной безопасностью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Study of factors preventing excessive scarring in antiglaucoma surgery creates a foundation for developing methods of influencing these processes in the postoperative period in order to increase the effectiveness of the intervention. Analysis of the literature showed that a systematic approach to preparing for successful surgical treatment of glaucoma should include a rational choice of previous hypotensive therapy with preservative-free drugs, prevention of damage to the ocular surface using tear substitute and immunosuppressive therapy, as well as preoperative anti-inflammatory prophylaxis with steroid and non-steroid agents with proven ophthalmic hypertension safety.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>глаукома</kwd><kwd>хирургия глаукомы</kwd><kwd>глазная поверхность</kwd><kwd>избыточное рубцевание</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>glaucoma</kwd><kwd>glaucoma surgery</kwd><kwd>ocular surface</kwd><kwd>wound healing</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Mai DD, Ingram Z, Oberfeld B, Sola-Del Valle D.
