В результате лечения в кратчайший срок (1 мес) достигнута значимая положительная динамика — полная резорбция кровоизлияния, повышение остроты зрения, что позволило отсрочить или полностью исключить полостную хирургию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper describes a clinical case of neovascular age-related macular degeneration complicated by subretinal hemorrhage and analyzes the effectiveness of minimally invasive combination treatment, which included a sub-Tenon injection of recombinant prourokinase (Hemase) simultaneously with an intravitreal injection of a neoangiogenesis inhibitor (Eylea).
