В исследование включено 112 человекв возрасте от 21 до 74 лет, разделенные на 4 группы: 1-я группа - 30 человек(19 женщин, 11 мужчин) - «молодой контроль», практически здоровые люди, средний возраст 26,5±5 лет; 2-я группа - 30 человек (20 женщин, 10 мужчин) - «возрастной контроль», практически здоровые люди, средний возраст 69,3±4 лет; 3-я группа - 30 человек (21 женщина, 9 мужчин) с подозрением на глаукому, средний возраст 68,1±6 лет; 4-я группа - 22 человека (13 женщин, 9 мужчин) с начальной стадией ПОУГ, средний возраст 67,6±5лет. Помимо стандартных офтальмологических исследований, проведены специальные исследования: лазерная сканирующая томография, FDF-периметрия, динамическая аппланационная тонометрия на аппарате ORA. Выявлена разница в темпах и в динамике морфологических и функциональных изменений в ходе естественного старения и при ПОУГ. Проведенный анализ показал важность оценки естественных возрастных изменений для раннего выявления заболевания, когда клинически оно еще не проявляется // Российский офтальмологический журнал, 2016; 1: 5-11.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study, focused on morphological and functional changes in the eye during aging and early-stage glaucoma, included 112 people divided into 4 groups: the young control group I composed of 30 healthy young people (26.5 ± 5 years); the senior control group II involving 30 healthy elderly people (69.3 ± 4 years); group III composed of 30 glaucoma suspects (68.1 ± 6 years); and group IV consisting of 22 people with the early-stage of POAG (67.6 ± 5 years). All subjects received regular ophthalmic examination supplemented by examinations, laser scanning tomography, FDF and SAP perimetry, and dynamic applanation tonometry performed on the ORA analyzer. Aging and POAG have been shown to differ in the rate and the dynamics of morphological and functional changes.
