На сегодняшний день существуют разнообразные способы их коррекции. Основополагающим фактором, от которого зависит выбор тактики хирургического лечения, является площадь дефекта радужки. При площади дефекта менее 30% выполняется иридопластика, более 30% — имплантация иридохрусталиковой диафрагмы (ИХД). У всех хирургических способов устранения дефектов есть свои преимущества и недостатки, в связи с чем зачастую офтальмохирурги имеют различные взгляды на тактику лечения. Кроме того, в некоторых случаях требуется применение комбинированных методов. В настоящем обзоре представлены типы дефектов радужки, их классификация и клиническая характеристика, а также разнообразные методы их хирургического лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Iris defects not only create cosmetic discomfort but also cause decreased visual acuity, complaints of double vision, glare, and photophobia. Today, there are various methods of their correction. The fundamental factor on which the choice of surgical treatment tactics depends is the area of the iris defect. If the defect area is less than 30%, iridoplasty is performed; if it is more than 30%, artificial iris implantation is performed. All surgical methods for eliminating defects have their advantages and disadvantages, therefore ophthalmic surgeons often have different views on treatment tactics. In addition, in some cases, combined methods are used.
