Материал и методы. Проспективно обследованы 88 пациентов с диагнозом «увеит», находившихся на стационарном лечении. Пациенты разделены на 3 группы, сопоставимые по полу и возрасту, в зависимости от этиологии: 1-я группа (n = 28) — с неясной этиологией, 2-я группа (n = 28) — с вирусной этиологией, 3-я группа (n = 32) — с установленным диагнозом «анкилозирующий спондилоартрит». Результаты. Обнаружена диагностическая информативность уровня лимфоцитов. Достоверная разница между 1-й и 2-й группами выявлена в содержании нейтрофилов (p = 0,0000) и тромбоцитов (p = 0,0242). Сравнение 1-й и 3-й групп показало различие уровня лейкоцитов (p = 0,0020), нейтрофилов (p = 0,0000) и размера эритроцитов (p = 0,0446). Достоверную диагностическую ценность в этиологии увеитов показали интегральные индексы: сдвиг лейкоцитов, соотношение нейтрофилов к лимфоцитам, системный воспалительный ответ адаптированный, маркер вирусных инфекций. Изучение интегральных индексов обнаружило ожидаемые и статистически значимые различия между группами. Заключение. Врачу-офтальмологу при назначении этиопатогенетического лечения увеальному пациенту необходимо ориентироваться не только на показатели клинического анализа крови, но и в большей степени на интегральные индексы периферической крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose — to substantiate the diagnostic value of general blood test indicators in the diagnosis of the etiology of uveitis. Material and methods. A total of 88 inpatients diagnosed with uveitis were prospectively examined. Patients were divided into three age- and gender-matched groups based on etiology. Group 1 (n = 28) included patients with unclear etiology. Group 2 (n = 28) included patients with viral etiology. Group 3 (n = 32) included patients with an established diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Results. According to our study, lymphocytes play the most important role in providing information. A significant difference in the parameters between groups 1 and 2 was found for neutrophils (p = 0.0000) and platelets (p = 0.0242). When comparing groups 1 and 3, the parameters of leukocytes (p = 0.0020), neutrophils (p = 0.0000), and the size of erythrocytes, fl (p = 0.0446) were noted. The following integral indices showed significant diagnostic value in the etiology of uveitis: leukocyte shift, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, adapted systemic inflammatory response, and a marker of viral infections. When studying the integral indices, the expected and statistically significant differences between the groups were recorded. Conclusion.
