Влияние же факоэмульсификации (ФЭ) на состояние эндотелия у пациентов с ПЭС изучено в меньшей степени. Цель — оценить влияние ФЭ на плотность эндотелиальных клеток роговицы и на коэффициент вариации у пациентов с ПЭС. Материал и методы. Обследовано 64 пациента (30 пациентов с ПЭС и 34 пациента без ПЭС). Всем пациентам была выполнена ФЭ. Плотность эндотелиальных клеток роговицы и коэффициент вариации оценивались до и после ФЭ. Результаты. У пациентов с ПЭС плотность клеток после ФЭ была достоверно ниже, коэффициент вариации достоверно выше (р &lt; 0,05). Заключение. Наличие ПЭС оказывает отрицательное влияние на эндотелий роговицы и приводит к выраженной потере клеток после ФЭ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effect of pseudoexfoliation syndrome (PEХ) on endothelial cells has been studied long enough. Yet the effect of phacoemulsification (PHACO) on endothelium in patients with PEХ is less explored. Purpose. To assess the impact of PHACO on corneal endothelial cell density (ECD) and on the coefficient of variation (CV) in patients with PEX. Material and methods. 30 patients (30 eyes) with PEX syndrome and 34 patients (34 eyes) with no such syndrome were examined before and after phacoemulsification. Results. In patients with PEX, the ECD after PHACO was significantly lower and CV was significantly higher (р &lt; 0.05). Conclusion.
