Противоречивые результаты, касающиеся эффективности и безопасности лечения этого состояния данным способом, пока ограничивают его внедрение в клиническую практику.</p><p>Целью работы является анализ трех клинических случаев применения нового устройства для локального УФА-кросслинкинга в комплексном лечении бактериальных язв роговицы затяжного течения с предполагаемым развитием грибковой микст-инфекции.</p><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Для динамического наблюдения пациентов использовалась биомикроскопия с флюоресцеиновым тестом, фоторегистрация и оптическая когерентная томография переднего отдела глаза. Воспалительные изменения оценивали с помощью балльной шкалы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Применение 3–5 процедур локального УФА-воздействия (на фоне инстилляций 0,1 % раствора рибофлавина) длительностью 3–5 мин с интервалом в 2–4 дня обеспечило стабильную эпителизацию роговицы в короткие сроки и значительное повышение остроты зрения в исходе воспалительного процесса.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Первые результаты лечения бактериальных язв роговицы с помощью нового портативного устройства для локального УФА-кросслинкинга показали его высокую терапевтическую эффективность и значительную перспективность дальнейшего использования в клинической практике.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It has recently been proposed to use ultraviolet (UVA) corneal collagen crosslinking as an alternative method of treating bacterial ulcerative lesions of the cornea. Ambivalent results regarding the efficacy and safety of this method of treatment limit its implementation in clinical practice so far.</p><p>The purpose of this work is to analyze three clinical cases involving the use of a new device for local UVA crosslinking in the complex treatment of bacterial corneal protracted-course ulcers with the suspected development of mixed fungal infection.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. For a dynamic follow-up of patients, we used biomicroscopy with a fluorescein test, photo registration and optical coherence tomography of the anterior part of the eye. Inflammatory changes were assessed using a point scale.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. 3–5 procedures of local UVA exposure (with instillations of 0.1% riboflavin solution) lasting 3–5 minutes each and given with an interval of 2–4 days ensured stable and fast epithelialization of the cornea and a significant increase in visual acuity in the inflammatory process outcome.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
