Обследование 12 пациентов в возрасте 68,3 ± 8,4 года с ПОУГ I–III стадий включало стандартные офтальмологические методы, а также ОКТА радужки, которое выполняли в фотопических условиях на томографе RTvue-XR по протоколу Angio Retina 3-mm через центр зрачка. Васкулярность оценивали в ImageJ как показатель общей протяженности бинаризированных и скелетонизированных сосудов в пласте на всю толщину радужки. Обследование проводили до СЛТ, а также через сутки, 7 и 30 сут после СЛТ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Обнаружена статистически значимая корреляция между значениями внутриглазного давления (ВГД) через месяц после СЛТ и показателями васкулярности радужки до СЛТ, через день после СЛТ и их разницей. Наиболее сильная корреляция (r = 0,60, p = 0,001) выявлена между васкулярностью радужки на 1-е сутки после СЛТ и ВГД через месяц после нее.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. СЛТ сопровождается повышением васкулярности радужной оболочки на следующий день после процедуры, что, вероятно, может быть использовано для прогнозирования финальных показателей ВГД у этих пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to study iris perfusion in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) after selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. 12 patients aged 68.3 ± 8.4 with stage I to III POAG underwent a standard ophthalmic examination as well as OCTA examination of the iris, which was performed through the center of the pupil under photopic conditions using RTVue-XR with Angio Retina 3-mm protocol. All patients received examination before SLT, one day, seven days, and 30 days after SLT. Vascularity was determined with ImageJ as the total length of binarized and skeletonized vessels over the full thickness of the iris slab.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A statistically significant correlation was found between the values of intraocular pressure (IOP) measured one month after SLT and iris vascularity before SLT, one day after SLT, and their difference. The strongest correlation (r = 0.60, p = 0.001) was found between iris vascularity one day after SLT and IOP one month after the procedure.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
