Описан алгоритм диагностического поиска и тактика лечения. Обследование с применением современных технологий и системный подход к анализу возможных причин закрытия УПК позволили не только установить и купировать причину клинических проявлений — хориоидальную эффузию и переднее смещение иридохрусталиковой диафрагмы, но и выявить системное заболевание. Информированность клиницистов о подобных механизмах закрытия УПК необходима не только для того, чтобы сохранить зрение, но и своевременно диагностировать потенциально опасные для жизни состояния.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this case study, a bilateral acute angle closure due to choroidal effusion was the initial manifestation of a previously undiagnosed hantavirus infection (hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome). The diagnostic and treatment algorithms are described. Advanced diagnostic technologies and a systematic approach to the analysis of atypical angle closure allowed not only to identify the cause of clinical presentations — choroidal effusion and anterior displacement of the lens–iris complex, but also to reveal the underlying systemic disease.
