Офтальмологические опасения при самопроизвольных родах

Аннотация

Самопроизвольные роды — естественный процесс. И все же некоторые патологические состояния могут привести к опасным последствиям для здоровья матери и ребенка даже в процессе физиологических родов. В таком случае имеются показания к оперативному родоразрешению, которое может сопровождаться рядом осложнений. В соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями РФ «Роды одноплодные, родоразрешение путем кесарева сечения» 2021 г. с офтальмологической стороны не существует абсолютных показаний к оперативному родоразрешению. Тем не менее некоторые специалисты настоятельно рекомендуют кесарево сечение при определенных состояниях органа зрения. Данный обзор посвящен оценке обоснованности опасений акушеров-гинекологов в отношении некоторых распространенных глазных заболеваний при самопроизвольных родах.
