Особенности применения традиционной аналоговой и трехмерной цифровой визуализации в офтальмохирургии

Аннотация
Визуализация хирургического процесса остается актуальной проблемой оперативного лечения катаракты. В обзоре представлена история методов визуализации в офтальмохирургии, проведено сравнение основных современных аналоговых и трехмерных цифровых технологий. Появление в клинической практике 3D-систем визуализации позволило решить многие проблемы, возникавшие при использовании стандартных аналоговых микроскопов. К таким проблемам можно отнести ограниченные фокус и поле зрения, необходимость яркого освещения, увеличивающего риск ятрогенной ретинальной фототоксичности, постоянное использование хирургом бинокуляров микроскопа и, как следствие, большую нагрузку на его зрительный аппарат, а также мышцы спины и шеи.
