ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ ФАРМАКОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКОГО ТЕСТИРОВАНИЯ В ЛЕКАРСТВЕННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ВОЗРАСТНОЙ МАКУЛЯРНОЙ ДЕГЕНЕРАЦИИ

Аннотация

Представлен анализ и возможные пути решения проблем лечения возрастной макулярной дегенерации (ВМД) на основании фармакогенетических подходов. Проблема ВМД актуальна из-за роста числа резистентных неоваскулярных мембран, увеличения количества пациентов старшей возрастной категории и описанного в литературе большого количества осложнений от часто применяемой анти-VEGF терапии. В настоящее время наиболее вероятными генами, полиморфизм которых может оказать влияние на метаболизм применяемых лекарственных средств, а, следовательно, и тактику лечения ВМД, считают: 1) ген CFH [complement factor H (фактор комплемента Н, локус хромосомы 1q32)]; 2) генIL-8; 3) ген повышенной чувствительности к ВМД; 4) ген VEGF-A; 5) ген NR3C1. Обосновывается необходимость создания диагностических фармакогенетических панелей для выбора целевой терапии ВМД. Для цитирования: Бакунина Н.А., Щербо С.Н., Колесникова Л.Н.
