Аннотация

В третьей части обзора (первую часть см в РОЖ, 2017; 10(4):105-12; вторую часть - в РОЖ, 2018; 11(1):103-10), рассматриваются известные методы ликвидации эпителиоцитов капсульного мешка и матрицы для развития вторичных катаракт, а также роль послеоперационной воспалительной реакции в формировании помутнений задней капсулы хрусталика. Ключевые слова: вторичная катаракта, помутнение задней капсулы, помутнение передней капсулы, хирургия катаракты, ущемление оптики, задняя капсулотомия, повреждение гематоофтальмического барьера, ИАГ-лазерная капсулотомия.
