Особенности белой катаракты. Обзор литературы

Аннотация
В обзоре представлены источники, в которых описаны изменения, характерные для белой катаракты, а также методы, направленные на снижение риска осложнений хирургического лечения данного вида катаракты. Анализ литературы выполнялся с использованием баз данных РИНЦ и PubMed. Отмечено, что термин «белая катаракта» является преимущественно иностранным и в англоязычной литературе используется как собирательное понятие для различных форм зрелой и перезрелой катаракты. Согласно опубликованным данным, белая катаракта требует особо пристального внимания ввиду высокого процента интраоперационных осложнений. В связи с этим тщательный анализ научных публикаций, рассматривающих особенности данного вида катаракты, представляется полезным для специалистов в плане безопасности и снижения рисков хирургического лечения белой катаракты.
