Main fields of research: Glaucoma diagnostics and treatment, dystrophic retinal and optic nerve diseases of diverse origins, therapy of vascular pathology of the eye, modern methods of physiotherapy of various eye diseases of (laser therapy, reflexology, ultrasound therapy, etc.), biocontrolled chrono-physical therapy of eye pathology, treatment and prevention of eye injuries. He is the author of more than 200 papers and 4 Russian patents.
